Samuel Kasemann, MA student, is currently analysing lithic artefacts from Grub-Kranawetberg I, Austria, stored in the Natural History Museum Vienna

MA student and research assistant Samuel Kasemann is continuing data recording for his MA research on lithic technology and raw material use at Grub-Kranawetberg I, Lower Austria. The materials were excavated between 1993 and 2011 by Walpurga Antl-Weiser and her team at the site Grub-Kranawetberg I, located about 40km northeast of Vienna. The material is part of the collection of the Department of Prehistory, Natural History Museum Vienna

Samuel is using the software E4 (freeware!) by Shannon McPherron and Harold Dibble for data recording.
