Today we completed day 2 of our excavation. While a small team set up the field lab at our dig house, the majority of the team was up at the site and removed backfill from last year's Trench 1. We also started constructing our big tent (bought by the University of Toronto in 2022). At the end of the day we had removed most backfill from Trench 1, put up tent 1 above Trench 1 and started removing backfill of last year's Trench 2. Well done team!
